Councilmember Domer will serve the residents of her district and the citizens of Valparaiso for a four-year term, beginning on January 1, 2024.
Barbara currently resides in the Jessee-Pifer neighborhood in District 3. She has lived in the city of Valparaiso for 33 years.
I will fight for increased funding to pave roads, timely paint stripes on repaved roads and repairs to sidewalks and curbs.
I will be accountable to residents by sharing information in an open, honest, consistent, and dependable way.
I will listen and lead by supporting issues shaped by us all. Every voice will be heard, not just the wealthy, well-connected or loud ones.
